The City School’s Art Students Come Out Victorious!

Posted by Kimberly Jones on March 20, 2019

During the 2019 Annual ACSI Fine Arts Festival,  15 of our creative high school students entered their art pieces in the visual arts competition.  There were thousands of students from more than fifty schools participating in the music performances and visual arts competition.    Award winners were placed in one of three categories “GOOD” “EXCELLENT” and “SUPERIOR.”  We are extremely proud to announce that our students received 5 “EXCELLENT” ribbons and 10 “SUPERIOR” ribbons!!! Their work was very well received.   A number of people complimented our students and our art director, Joe Sinagra as local art teachers inquired about our art program.  Their body of work exhibited mastery, truth and elegance.

ONE CHILD AT A TIME — The City School is a Pre-K to Grade 12 Christian school in the heart of Philadelphia. We believe an excellent education should be accessible for families in the city.
